In response to reading “After the Fall,” a story of how Humpty Dumpty conquered his fears and climbed the wall again, students engineered paper airplanes. Today they took flight. Students quickly learned that wind direction and design were crucial to the success of their flights. Fun day in 3A!

Second graders experimented in the science lab today. They did two experiments. The first experiment was using water droplets to find mixtures of hidden colors in black ink. The second experiment was finding the different properties of Oobleck. They learned that it acts like both a liquid and solid. They loved the science lab! 🧪
