We welcome prospective families to visit during one of our two annual Open House events. Following the second Open House in January, small group tours are available by request. Once you inquire, we will provide available dates and times to schedule your visit.
Uniform Policy
Uniforms are procured through The Uniform Store. We also have a uniform exchange for parents to donate gently worn and outgrown uniforms. The uniform exchange is managed by parent volunteers.
Student Supply List
Supply lists were emailed to new and current families in June.
Families of enrolled students may email to request a copy of Student Supply Lists for the upcoming year.
PreSchool Tuition Schedule
Our Preschool Tuition Schedule provides a detailed overview of tuition rates for our early childhood programs. We are committed to offering a high-quality, faith-based education in a nurturing environment, with flexible options to support the needs of our families.
CMG Clearance
CMG Connect is the online Safe Environment Compliance System used by the Diocese of San Diego. It integrates all required training and background screening components into one convenient, easy-to-use platform to help ensure the safety of Catholic school students.
Parent-Student Handbook
The Parent-Student Handbook outlines the policies, procedures, and expectations that guide daily life at our school. Rooted in our Catholic values, it serves as a vital resource for families, helping to ensure a safe, respectful, and faith-filled learning environment for all students.
Parent Advisory Board
The School of the Madeleine Advisory Board serves in a supportive, advisory role to the school’s administration. While not a decision-making body, the Board provides guidance and support in key areas such as policy development, enrollment, finance, personnel policy, and long-term planning — all in alignment with the school’s mission to provide the best education for its students.
Parent Support Association
The PSA strengthens the partnership between home, school, and parish by promoting the values of Catholic education. It serves as a key communication and support link for parents and teachers, leads major fundraising efforts for the school, and helps integrate school life with the broader parish community.
Ki’s School Lunches
Our school partners with Ki’s School Lunches to provide fresh, nutritious meals made with natural ingredients. Families can order online from a variety of kid-friendly, healthy options prepared daily.
